Meet Patrice Fay. Fay is the Customer Experience Officer at our Lubbock Indiana branch location.

Fay was born in Arizona and lived in many different places due to her father being an Air Force Pilot. She moved to Mississippi and Vermont before moving to Texas, and then moved to Wichita Falls and San Antonio before moving to Lubbock in the mid-1980s to attend Texas Tech University. Fay has resided in Lubbock and has been in banking for more than nine years.

As our Customer Experience Officer, Fay’s work involves different tasks that allow her to work with team members and speak with customers often.

“The most rewarding aspect of my job is when I get to help a customer or team member solve a problem. I feel this role draws upon my strengths in both banking as well as my customer service skills, I previously worked in a museum and concentrated on visitor experience,” Fay said.

When she is not working, Fay enjoys taking online ballet classes, watching classic movies with her husband, and reading. She is also very passionate about walking, golf, astronomy, and photography.

We had over 4,000 visitors attend that night.
