Meet MacKenzie Morton-Taylor. MacKenzie is a Banking Officer and Branch Manager at our Cattleman’s and Henrietta branch locations in Wichita Falls, Texas. Originally from Electra, Texas, MacKenzie’s experience in the banking industry includes working as a teller, personal banker and deposit account administrator.

She has been with FCB for seven years and says the aspect she loves the most about working for the bank is the dedication and motivation of its team members.

“Everyone shares the same vision of dedication and motivation to serve our customers and it is great to be a part of such a hardworking team of individuals,” said MacKenzie.

When MacKenzie is not working, she enjoys spending her time playing sports such as golf, basketball, soccer, volleyball, softball, going fishing and camping, or spending time volunteering.

What is your family like? My husband, Jerry, is a fifth-grade science and social studies teacher. We have two beautiful daughters, Katelyn who is 21 years old and Brixon, who is nine years old. We also have the laziest French Bulldog named Bongo.

Who is your favorite sports team? Texas Longhorns.

What is your favorite vacation spot? Good old-fashioned camping trip where we can go fishing on the boat, ride Sea-Doo’s, grill, tell ghost stories, make s’mores by a campfire and end the night sleeping under the stars.

What is your favorite food? Plain and dry cheeseburger.

What would you do if you won the lottery? I would pay off all debt, assemble a team of legal, financial advisers and review estate plans. Most importantly, continue to live on a budget leaving everything to my daughters to be set for life when I’m gone.

If you were stuck on an island, what would you bring (limit three things)? A satellite phone, bug spray and a hammock.
