FCB’s award application featured their 20-year anniversary, all-employee event commemorating the bank’s years of service and growth. The purpose of the event was to celebrate employees, foster strong working relationships and give back to the community. During this event, employees assembled 250 emergency kits with numerous toiletry items and hygiene products which were donated to food banks.
